Shipping Info + Terms
- All orders ship out within 1-3 business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, pending credit card verification and item availability.
- Please note that if you ordered multiple items, your order may ship in more than one shipment.
- If you need your order rushed or by a specific date, place your order online then email orders@azaleasnyc.com for further arrangements. We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time.
- We are now offering FREE Ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. A surcharge may be applied to orders shipping to HI and AK.
- For orders under $150, shipping fees will be applied at checkout, $10 for domestic Ground Shipping.
- Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Azaleas is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- If your order falls under $150 after applying any coupon code, you will not be eligible for free shipping.
International Orders
- We ship all International packages via DHL or UPS and are typically received within 10 business days.
- We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that you may incur upon receipt of the package. If your package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs, we will not make any refund. We will bill you for the shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs and any customs duties billed to us.
In-Store Pick Up
- Note: We cannot guarantee same-day pick up. Please wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pick up.
- If you'd like to shop online but would prefer to pick your order up in our store, simply choose In-Store Pick Up as a shipping method during checkout. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.
In-Store Return Policy
- For in-store purchases, we offer STORE CREDIT only. Returns/exchanges will need to be made within a two-week window with the usual policies intact (please see below).
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags intact. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. All jewelry, legwear and body accessories are also FINAL SALE.
Online Return Policy
- All returns, exchanges or defective item claims must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition, with original tags intact. Please ensure that any items containing a crotch area, i.e. briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear etc. are tried on over your underwear. Azaleas reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. If a sale item is returned to us, the customer is reponsible for shipping the item(s) back to them.
- Swimwear is eligible for exchange or return as long as all tags and hygienic liners are intact.
- Shipping charges and gift wrapping services are not refundable. Domestic returns are subject to a $5 return fee if our provided return labels are used.
- We offer free shipping on exchange items so if you're placing a new order for a new size or exchange, please email us and we will waive the $5 fee.
- In-store returns are handled differently (please see above).
How To Make A Return
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, create an account using the email address you used for your order. If creating a new account, you will receive an email with a six-digit verification code. Enter this code for verification.
- Once you're logged in, select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If you order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you'd like to request an exchange, please note so here.
- Click "Submit request".
- Azaleas reserves the right to refuse any returns.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Please note, international return shipping and all associated duties and fees are at the customer's expense.
- When your return has been processed you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to appear on your account.
How To Make An Exchange
- Once your return request has been approved (please read above for online return instructions), you will be able to request an exchange. Please enter the item(s) you'd like to exchange for in the notes section when filling out your return request. Make sure to specify brand, color, size and quantity.
- If you were not able to do this at the step above, please email us your exchange request while referencing your order number.
- You will receive an email with a link to pay for any differences.
- As a courtesy, we now offer free shipping on first exchanges. Pending item availability, we will process an exchange within 1-3 business days.
Lost Packages
- We can only track packages through the same tracking number given to you and don't have any additional insights, except to advise patience.
- If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
Limitations
- UPS does not allow us to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes, please use an alternate address.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Sale Policy
